Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@teampekiti.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Where applicable, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable laws and exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please visit our EU Right of Withdrawal page and submit a withdrawal request.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with withdrawal requests unless otherwise required by law.

Certain products may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including personalized products and certain products produced specifically upon receipt of an order.

Restocking Fee

For Team Pekiti Shop items such as knives, training knives, training gear, and select apparel, approved refunds may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if requested within 30 days of delivery.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from delivery unless required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain Team Pekiti apparel and other merchandise are produced specifically upon receipt of your order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. These products are made to order and are not stocked in inventory.

Returns or exchanges are generally not available for made-to-order print-on-demand products if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Once an order has been sent to production, it can generally no longer be modified or canceled.

If incorrect shipping information is provided or the wrong size or color is ordered, replacements or refunds are generally not available unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, damage, or other fulfillment error, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other suitable remedy at no additional cost.

Where a replacement is approved due to a manufacturing or fulfillment issue, there is generally no need to return the original product.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they purchase comply with the customs laws and import regulations of the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import procedures, or actions taken by local authorities.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the destination country's postal service, courier, or customs authorities, delivery times and final delivery are outside of our control.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms regarding customs compliance, import charges, and international shipping.
